1A $300 video game system and seven video games valued at $50 each were stolen from an apartment in the 100 block of East Field Stone Circle between 7:15 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 6. It was unknown how entry to the apartment was gained as there were no signs of forced entry.
2A $179 gas torpedo heater was stolen from a room at MATC, 6665 S. Howell Ave., sometime between Sept. 17 and Dec. 5.
3A $120 12-volt battery was stolen from a dump trailer parked in the on the northeast corner of 27th Street and Drexel Avenue between 5 p.m. Nov. 30 and 7 a.m. Dec. 4.
4A$200 16GB digital media player was reported stolen from a student's bag at Oak Creek High School, 340 E. Puetz Road, at 9:10 a.m. Dec. 4. The theft took place between noon and 1 p.m. Nov. 30.
5A $230 18-volt cordless drill was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at The Gables, 315 E. Field Stone Circle, between 4 p.m. Dec. 4 and 10:30 a.m. Dec. 5.
6Two credit cards were stolen out of a wallet left in an unlocked car at Henkel Surface Technologies, 420 W. Marquette Ave., between 6 and 10 a.m. Dec. 6. The victim stated both cards were fraudulently used somewhere on the north side of Milwaukee to purchase around $800 worth of merchandise.
7A digital media player and a leather wallet containing credit cards and a driver's license were stolen out of an unlocked car parked in the 1900 block of West Meyer Lane between midnight and noon Dec. 6.
8A 16-year-old Franklin boy was cited for shoplifting a $29 bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey at Pick 'n Save, 8770 S. Howell Ave., on Dec. 7. The theft took place in November and the suspect was positively identified through video surveillance on Dec. 7.
9A 23-year-old man, a 24-year-old man, a 26-year-old man and a 37-year-old man, all of Illinois, were arrested for felony theft (state charge) after officers discovered stolen property, including eight rechargeable power tool batteries and 12 catalytic converters, in their trunk during a consent search of their vehicle in the 1500 block of West Drexel Avenue around 3 a.m. Dec. 7.
10A $200 digital media player, a $700 spray pump with a gun and hose, a container containing $700 of painting tools and a plastic toolbox with $400 of painting supplies were stolen from an unlocked car parked in a driveway in the 300 block of East Susan Drive between 11 p.m. Dec. 8 and 3:45 p.m. Dec. 9.
A 47-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for second degree sexual assault on Dec. 9. The suspect was arrested after it was reported he allegedly had numerous sexual contacts with his girlfriend's disabled daughter over a one-year period.
11A 22-year-old Racine man was arrested for drunken driving in the 1800 block of East Ryan Road shortly after midnight Dec. 7. His blood alcohol content was 0.09.
12A 23-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving and cited for speeding in the 7700 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:45 a.m. Dec. 7. Her BAC was 0.16.
13A 21-year-old South Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving and cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle after her car left the roadway while traveling eastbound in the 100 block of East Forest Hill Avenue and struck a mailbox, then struck a driveway retaining wall and mailbox at a second residence and rolled over one time before finally coming to rest in a ditch shortly before 1 a.m. Dec. 8. She was taken to St. Luke's South Shore for treatment of facial injuries. A blood draw was taken, the results of which were unavailable.
14A 28-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving after police received a report of an erratic driver who struck a curb while exiting the freeway in the 9700 block of South 13th Street shortly after 11 a.m. Dec. 8. His BAC was 0.10.
15A 28-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving (third offense) and operating while revoked (third offense) in the 8000 block of South Howell Avenue after he admitted drinking three beers and two shots of alcohol before driving to Taco Bell around 1:40 a.m. Dec. 10. His BAC was 0.24.
16A 56-year-old Racine woman was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital with head, knee and back pain after her vehicle struck a car trying to make a right turn from Howell Avenue onto Forest Hill Road shortly before 7 a.m. Dec. 7. The turning car then spun around and struck a third car that was stopped for a red light. The driver of the turning vehicle, a 55-year-old Oak Creek woman, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way while making a left turn.
17A 78-year-old Oak Creek woman was taken to St. Luke's Hospital with chin, knee and chest injuries after she struck a cement light pole base in the parking lot at Pick 'n Save, 6400 S. 27th St., shortly after 9 a.m. Dec. 7.
18Someone used a BB gun to shoot holes in three window panes at Ebenezer Child Care, 220 W. Forest Hill Ave., between Nov. 30 and 2 p.m. Dec. 6.
19Two strings of Christmas lights, valued at $10 each, were cut at a residence in the 1100 block of West Mocking Bird Lane between 11 p.m. Dec. 5 and 9:40 p.m. Dec. 6. An extra patrol was requested.
20A string of Christmas lights was cut at a residence in the 10400 block of South 3rd Avenue between 2 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Dec. 8.
21A 19-year-old Cudahy woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after she dropped a homemade marijuana pipe while stepping out of her car during a traffic stop in the 8500 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue around 4 a.m. Dec. 5.
22An unknown woman passed a counterfeit $10 bill at Pilot Travel Center, 2031 W. Ryan Road, around 8:45 p.m. Dec. 5. The suspect is described as a 5 feet, 10 inches tall, thin, white female around 25 years old with blonde hair and glasses and wearing a dark colored zip-up sweatshirt and light-colored jeans.
23An employee called police after two customers, a 69-year-old Franklin man and an 18-year-old Oak Creek man, pulled up to a gas pump at the same time and neither one would move for the other to access the gas pump at Speedway, 8667 S. Howell Ave., shortly before 1 p.m. Dec. 8. No one became disorderly but the subjects were upset with one another and neither one was willing to switch pumps. The Franklin man switched pumps after a passenger in the Oak Creek man's car prepaid $20 on the pump, and no further police assistance was needed.
24A 17-year-old Wauwatosa boy, an 18-year-old South Milwaukee man, a 19-year-old Cudahy woman and a 16-year-old Greendale girl were arrested on state charges of criminal trespassing after they were seen breaking into a vacant home in the 8000 block of South 13th Street around 11:45 p.m. Dec. 8.
25A 19-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 800 block of East Drexel Avenue after his girlfriend's mother found him hiding in her daughter's closet wearing only his underwear at 1:25 a.m. Dec. 9. The mother told officers the man wasn't allowed in the home.
Oak Creek police assisted with 15 rescue calls and two fire calls between Dec. 3 and Dec. 10.
