1An unknown subject(s) tried to gain entry to a home in the 9600 block of South Fox Run after he found pry marks on his back door sometime between Feb. 10 and 8 a.m. Feb. 16. An older, tan four-door car was seen parked in the resident's driveway between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 11.
2A 1989 pop-up camper trailer, valued at $1,800, was stolen from Hoffman's Storage, 7950 S. 27th St., sometime between September 2012 and Feb. 16.
3Gift cards (valued at $30) and a $5 credit card were stolen from an unlocked gym locker at Oak Creek High School, 340 E. Puetz Road, between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Feb. 4.
4A 73-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for shoplifting after she was seen placing a $69 sweater into an empty bag, then selected a similar sweater off the shelf and tried to exchange the item at the service desk at Kohl's, 9035 S. Howell Ave., at 2:10 p.m. Feb. 12.
5A woman's wallet containing a debit card, driver's license and food stamp cards was stolen while she was shopping at Woodman's, 8131 S. Howell Ave., between 1 and 2 p.m. Feb. 12. All the cards were canceled and no fraudulent charges were made.
6Police are seeking a 36-year-old Milwaukee man who shoplifted a $54 bottle of Calvin Klein Euphoria perfume at Target, 8989 S. Howell Ave., at about 3 p.m. Feb. 12. The man was identified through security video and is also suspected of shoplifting fragrances from the store on six separate occasions.
7A security manager at United Parcel Service, 600 S. 6th St., called police to report five trailers were missing or stolen at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 12. The trailers, which were used during the peak holiday season, were being stored at the Little League complex and were last seen on Nov. 9, 2012. The investigation into their disappearance is ongoing.
8A digital media player, a camera, games and videos were stolen from a locked car parked at Comfort Suites, 6362 S. 13th St., between 7 p.m. Feb. 12 and 6:55 a.m. Feb. 13. The subject(s) also damaged the in-dash radio while attempting to remove it and smashed a window to gain entry.
9A 17-year-old South Milwaukee boy was arrested for shoplifting a pair of $100 ear buds at Target, 8989 S. Howell Ave., at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 14.
10A $400 digital media player4 was stolen from a student's backpack at Oak Creek High School, 340 E. Puetz Road, during the school day on Feb. 14. An officer is following up with the school resource officer to identify the suspects.
11A 33-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman, both of Milwaukee, were arrested for shoplifting after one of the women was observed taking a $38 shock collar out of its packaging and the other woman concealed it in her pocket at Menards, 6800 S. 27th St., at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 16.
12A 2002 Toyota Corolla was stolen from the parking lot at the Apartment Homes of Wildwood, 7946 S. Wildwood Drive, between 2 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. Feb. 16. The car is valued at $6,600.
13A resident reported someone stole her wallet out of her purse while it was sitting on the church pew at Cedar Hills Church, 6911 S. 20th St., between 11:30 a.m. and 2:35 p.m. Feb. 17. The wallet contained her driver's license, numerous credit and debit cards and $60 in cash.
14A silver Honda Civic hatchback, valued at $2,200, was stolen from the parking lot at an apartment complex in the 8700 block of South Oak Park Drive between 10:30 and 11:45 p.m. Feb. 17.
15A 19-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for battery after she punched a 17-year-old boy multiple times with a closed fist at Oak Creek High School, 340 E. Puetz Road, at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 14. The boy was not injured and refused medical attention.
16A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of heroin after they found a syringe with 40 units of heroin in her room at the Days Inn, 1201 W. College Ave., at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 15.
17A 39-year-old Racine man was arrested for drunken driving in the 11000 block of South Chicago Road at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 16. His blood alcohol content was 0.16.
18A 41-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving in the 200 block of West College Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 16. His BAC was 0.12.
19A 40-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving and cited for driving while suspended on Clement and Rawson avenues at 1:45 a.m. Feb. 17. She refused testing and was taken into custody.
20A 19-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving after an officer observed her driving about 20 mph with her hazard lights flashing in the emergency lane in the 800 block of South Howell Avenue at 2:35 a.m. Feb. 17. Her BAC was 0.10.
21A 34-year-old Oak Creek woman was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, and operating after revocation after an officer pulled her over for driving without headlights on in the 7500 block of South Howell Avenue at 3:35 a.m. Feb. 18. Her BAC was 0.16. The woman also had two valid warrants for theft with the West Allis Police Department and was taken into custody.
22The lock was broken on the passenger side door of a work truck parked at Mainstay Suites, 1001 W. College Ave., between 2 and 5 a.m. Feb. 13. Nothing was stolen from the truck. Damage is estimated at $100.
23An officer responding to a report of theft from a vehicle observed another car that had been entered and damaged at Comfort Suites, 6362 S. 13th St. at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 13. Two door locks were popped out of the car and several tools were scattered in the back seat. Police are waiting for the owner to return for a full damage and/or theft report.
24A swastika, "folk life" and other gang symbols were spray-painted on a playground slide at the Apartment Homes of Wildwood, 7976 S. Wildwood Drive, before Feb. 18. Damage is estimated at $75.
25An unknown woman drove her car into a front yard in the 1800 block of West Drexel Avenue and tore up the lawn at about 5:15 p.m. Feb. 13. Damage to the lawn is estimated at $200. The resident identified a possible suspect and police are following up.
26A large rock was thrown through a window at a residence in the 2400 block of West Carroll Avenue at about 1 a.m. Feb. 16. Damage is estimated at $200.
27A resident reported that a marble had been shot through a double-pane window and an egg was thrown at his house in the 800 block of East Fitzsimmons Road between noon Feb. 16 and noon Feb. 17. The resident also told police a marble was shot at his house about two weeks ago and it embedded into the siding. An officer recovered one of the marbles for evidence. Damage is estimated at $800.
28The driver's side windows were smashed and a door was dented on a vehicle parked at Woodman's, 8131 S. Howell Ave., between 4:30 and 6:15 a.m. Feb. 17. Upon examination, it appeared the damage might have been caused by a BB or pellet gun. Damage to the car is estimated at about $1,200.
A resident called police after she lost $3,930 to a telephone scam on Feb. 12. The resident stated she received a call from an unknown subject stating he was her grandson and she needed to wire the money to Peru via Money Gram to have him released from jail. The resident realized it was a scam later that day when she couldn't find her "grandson's" attorney's name and found out the money was picked up in Peru within 10 minutes of the transaction.
29A 24-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for procuring alcohol for underage persons and obstructing after he lied to police about supplying beer to a 16-year-old boy who got drunk at the man's residence in the 3600 block of East Becker Road at 4:30 a.m. Feb. 16. The 16-year-old was also cited for underage drinking.
30A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he became intoxicated, caused a loud disturbance and threatened to beat up security guards and police officers at Comfort Suites, 6362 S. 13th St., at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 16.
31A 32-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for disorderly conduct after he spit at a woman and her son during a verbal argument at a condominium complex in the 800 block of West Puetz Road at 6:50 p.m. Feb. 17. According to the victim, the man allegedly spit at the boy and the spit bounced off the boy's head and hit the woman in the left cheek area.
Oak Creek police responded to two domestic violence calls and assisted with 15 rescue calls between Feb. 12 and Feb. 18.
