Oak Creek - Grace Schrank, 82, does not own a cell phone.
So the Oak Creek native had to count on the kindness of strangers when her home phone recently stopped working.
As she relates in a letter to the SouthNOW newspaper, she was not entirely pleased with the assistance she received when looking for a phone.
