The Milwaukee County district attorney's office is reviewing the case against a 31-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting a University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee student in her off-campus apartment last month, a Milwaukee police spokesman said Monday.
The Oak Creek Common Council gave the go-ahead to a proposed $12.5 million housing facility for people age 55 and older. The complex would be next to the Life Creek Church on Drexel Avenue.
